Course volunteers doing a terrific job

Our course volunteers play an important role in course maintenance, improvement and fundraising, and have regular working bees scheduled over the next few months. This month they will be weeding, fertilising and mulching all the rhododendrons that make our course so beautiful. If you can help, please come along to one of the working bees, they are advertised in the clubhouse or you can contact Geoff Durham to be put on the mailing list.

Over winter, volunteers split and stacked another 8 cubic metres of firewood and this will be sold before next winter. It is a great fundraiser for the club. Michael Hotchin and Geoff Durham repaired and repainted the OOB signs around the clubhouse, ready for signs to be mounted, made by Ian Power. Michael Hotchin and Mark Reid do a sterling job of looking after and cleaning our hire carts. Mark Fisher repaired the NTP box on the 15th. A huge thanks to everyone who helps.

Monday Muggers

The Monday Muggers is a group of club members that play social golf on most Mondays throughout the year at the club, followed by a barbeque. Players assemble at 9.00 am for a 9.30 am 'multi-tee' hit-off. Friends and visitors (including occasional golfers) are welcome.

Trentham Travellers

The Monday Muggers sometimes organise visits to other golf clubs, and they become known as the Trentham Travellers. They may organise day trips to nearby clubs, or 2-3 day trips to more distant locations e.g. the Murray River. The feature is good golf with friends and a welcoming social atmosphere. If you are interested in these visits, please contact Dick Ellis or Harold Moore.

If you wish to contact Trentham Golf Club, or ask a question about the course or club, please use this form. (Please note any spam messages will be ignored.)
