Trentham re-opens on Wednesday May 13

Trentham Golf Club will be opening up for play on Wednesday May 13.

Trentham will be open for play on Wednesday May 13, but remember that the rules of social distancing and hygiene on the course still apply.

Due to Golf Australia recommendations, and the need to avoid any groups of more than 10 congregating around the clubhouse, carpark or practice facilities, all play will be strictly by booking only. NO WALK UP STARTS.

Members can book for competitions or social golf using the OneGolf tee sheet for each day. We are still setting these up so please be patient.

Visitors with GolfLink handicaps can play in our competitions, the cost is $22.00, including a $5 comp fee and bank charges. Please send an e-mail using the contact form on this website to find out how. You can pay online before you come, there will be no cash or credit card transactions on course. The clubhouse remains closed.

Green fee players will need to call 5424 1046 for a booking, or use the teetime request form.

We will have more details soon on how to go about playing in competitions. We have a complete online competition system ("GolfOn") set up for member payments, competition entry and score reporting. For details see the online entry category of this website.

We are all looking forward to getting out on the course again! It's in fantastic condition after a two month lay-off without divots and pitch marks! Please remember that the rules of social distancing and hygiene on the course still apply.

Monday Muggers

The Monday Muggers is a group of club members that play social golf on most Mondays throughout the year at the club, followed by a barbeque. Players assemble at 9.00 am for a 9.30 am 'multi-tee' hit-off. Friends and visitors (including occasional golfers) are welcome.

Trentham Travellers

The Monday Muggers sometimes organise visits to other golf clubs, and they become known as the Trentham Travellers. They may organise day trips to nearby clubs, or 2-3 day trips to more distant locations e.g. the Murray River. The feature is good golf with friends and a welcoming social atmosphere. If you are interested in these visits, please contact Dick Ellis or Harold Moore.

If you wish to contact Trentham Golf Club, or ask a question about the course or club, please use this form. (Please note any spam messages will be ignored.)
