Trentham Golf Club is near to completing an important $175,000 wireless-controlled irrigation upgrade. Greens have been fitted with new irrigation pipes around the perimeter, with new sprinklers and wireless solenoids. There is a filled trench line around each green that will take some time to grow over.
Please note that the following temporary local rule is in place:
- All works associated with the installation of the new irrigation system around greens are to be treated as GUR. Players must take relief in accordance with Rule 16.1a.
Please make an effort to step over the area when walking to the green to avoid footprints. Please avoid walking golf buggies over the area.
