Trentham is running a new teams competition this year, the "Wombat Cup". The competition features:
- Ten teams of 8
- Mixed abilities, genders and handicaps
- Stableford competitions on the second Saturday of every month
- Matches between teams with the best four Stableford scores to count
- A premiership ladder determined each month, published on the website
- Prizes and a trophy at the end of the year for the premiership team.
